Rapid Restore is a company that is true to its name. When I had first called them due to concerns about a leak in my ceiling and the overall quality of my roof, I left a voicemail and was called back within 5 minutes. A representative was then scheduled to provide an estimate the next day. I had put off the project for a few months but once I was ready to proceed, the complete roof replacement was scheduled within less than a week. Everyone that I spoke to within the company was pleasant and informative. I was put at ease knowing what to expect and felt stress-free especially for such a large home improvement. The roof replacement was completed in one day which was impressive. The crew cleaned up and were respectful of my space and property. The photo timeline was such a cool feature that included pictures of the roof throughout the entire process so I got to see the project from start to finish when not even there. Replacing a roof is no small task but Rapid Restore made me feel comfortable about the work being done. I highly recommend them and view them as a reliable and trustworthy company.

Work was professionally done. Men came out had all equipment needed to do the job l was well informed of work being done. When work was completed I they showed me pictures of the job completed I would recommend this company to friends and family.

Rapid Restore Roofing replaced my slate roof at mt home in Baldwin, New York.

Michael came out to give me an estimate, which went great. Michael and his team did a great job on my roof. They was very quick and efficient. I've been having roof issues for yrs. Everytime it rained, it would leak into my bedroom but thanks to Rapid Restore Roofing, I don't have that problem anymore.

Major home improvements can be a daunting experience so we were not looking forward to getting our roof done. But this was one of the easiest, seamless operations I have ever encountered on a home improvement project! They answered our call the same day we left message, had written estimate within hours of inspection, arrived on time on the date agreed on and were completely done in 6 1/2 hours! The clean up was impeccable, the workers friendly and accomodating . Financing is available and even applying for that was quick and easy. Also, the gift package you left on our front doorstep was a nice touch! I would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs
