THE VERY BEST!!! Word can not express how happy we are with Rapid Restore Roofing.We called so many roofing companies and some were so overpriced and impersonal. It was very different with Rapid Restore Roofing. When I called the first time to get a quote the young lady who answered the phone immediately caught my attention by how kind she was. After speaking to her I knew we were choosing a great company. She even followed up a few days later to see how the process had gone and if we were happy with the service. Joe came to the house and not only gave us a quote but explained the entire process, showed us videos and gave us a great price on the roof! When they came to repair the roof Heni kept us in the loop by uploading pictures and calling us throughout the day to update us on the status. He even did a walk through with us after the roof was completed. A gorgeous new roof in only one day!!!! We went to work and when we came back we had a gorgeous new roof, new gutters, a secure chimney, and they even repaired and extended the gutter drains to prevent damage to the house. This review is so long but words cannot express how happy we are to have called them. From start to finish extremely professional and the most wonderful people I have ever worked with!! So blessed we called them. 100% would recommend them!

Unbelievable service and professionalism. I got 4 bids and it wasn’t close Rapid was the cheapest and the most professional and comprehensive. My roof was over 35 years old and in absolute terrible disrepair. Joe came over for our estimate, and he was so kind, not judgemental at all, and spoke to us with the utmost respect and sincerity. They were our only estimate, as the price was within the range we expected, and their financing package was very manageable. On installation day, Henry and his crew were early, and started work immediately. No wasting time at all. When they ran into a problem with our chimney and fascia boards, Henry came and explained the damage, and we received a call from Mike explaining our options. Mike laid out all the options, and helped us come to the best one both cosmetically and financially. All the guys on the crew were so kind to my mother and I. When I had to leave to get to work, one of the guys helped me out of the house to make sure I didn't get hurt by any of the debris. They went the extra mile for sure. Before the project, Liz swung by and dropped off a cute box filled with coffee mugs and other treats as a thank you for using them. It was a very nice touch, and the coffee in the box was delicious. Overall, I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Rapid Restore and their team. They took a very stressful situation for our family and made it so easy.

Joe, Mike, and their entire team were awesome to work with. They truly made the experience stress free. They did everything they said they would do and their work is of the highest quality. I was impressed with them from start to finish. They are the best company we’ve worked with, and I recommend them to everyone. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
