Michael Meinardus is the Production Director at Rapid Roofing, where he oversees day-to-day operations across all five Long Island offices. Before joining Rapid Roofing, Mike served five years in the U.S. Army as a Paratrooper and Military Police Officer. After his service, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and worked as a Corrections Officer at the Suffolk County Sheriff’s Office.
Mike’s path to Rapid Roofing began when his childhood best friend, company founder Joe Elshazly, brought him on board. His background — discipline, accountability, and attention to detail — carries directly into how he manages roofing operations.
