We had a major leak in our roof during a period when rain was relentless. Mike came and worked to stop the water coming in until a proper repair could be done. This gave us time to dry out our offices and start major repairs. Mike came back on a clear day and his team of experts finished a complex job and secured our roof from further leaks. Mike is a genuine and honest person. He was highly recommended to me as I was looking for a second opinion. I called him when another company told me I needed a very expensive roof and it was time sensitive. Mike came over right away to look at my roof (actually within the hour). To my surprise, he told me I didn’t actually need a roof (or at least not right away). And sent me pictures of what my roof looked like. When have you ever had a contractor tell you that you didn’t need work done. He did say I should look into it in a year or so and gave me a very reasonable quote, almost 1/3 of the price the first company gave. I sincerely appreciated his honesty and not just trying to make money when it was not imperative that I did the work right away. I will definitely use Mike and his company when it’s time for the new roof and also recommend to my friends and family. He was very responsive, informative and took the time to explain the details after he visited.I can’t say enough good things.

Is there an option for 10 stars necause these guys have earned it. We had a little leak around a sky light and asked for several proposals. When we met with Mike, we told him we are looking for someone with the best terms, not necessarily cheapest. We feel the positive vibe from the beginning and went with Rapid. Mike communicated exactly the schedule and allayed any concerns I had doing a roof replacement in winter. Angel showed up on time and was there l day to ensure everything went smoothly and to answer any question we had. David, Jesus and crew were fantastic. They worked so well together, it was a beautiful sight to see how efficient everyone was and it took one day as they promised. They left our property as how it was before the work started. I have high expectations and they surpassed my expectations. I would highly recommend Rapid Restore without reservation. Great job 👏 and hope everyone e joyed the pizza lunch.
